Inspiration

I felt that I am very bad at prioritizing my homework, so I decided to build this

What it does

It prioritzes homework

How we built it

I built it by first checking how many days it is due in and ordering it by putting the ones that are due the soonest first. If there are ties, it goes to the length. The longer length assignments come first. Then if there is still a tie, it checks if either one of the subjects is one of your best subjects. If it is, that assignment will come later. If neither are one of your bests, it will put them in any order.

Challenges we ran into

I ran into problems with the prioritizing function. To overcome this, I used AI to ask how I can improve this and took its suggestions.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I managed to turn my very long and confusing prioritize function into a very short one.

What we learned

I learned that if I don't understand something, I should ask for help.

What's next for Homework Prioritzer

I might see myself using this in the future as it is very helpful for me.
