Every year millions of customers face delivery problems for their packages. Without knowing what problems occurred during delivery, it is very difficult for USPS to understand the customer demographic.
Presenting Homeward, the App that will solve all of these issues.
Homeward focuses on receiving feedback from customers about their recent orders and sending this to USPS with real-time information got from the Web Tools API to create analytics for improving service the next time.
What it does
Tracks customers experience uniquely, taking into account their previous feedback of three main criteria: 1)Quality of Delivery, 2) Delay and 3) Customer service responsiveness
