Inspiration

Looking for a place to live becomes a challenge due to the dispersed nature of the listings, inflexible filters, and inability to distinguish those properties that actually suit your way of living. To make this process more personalized, we created Homereley AI.

What it does

Homereley AI is an AI-powered product that interprets your natural language preferences and allows you to find those properties which meet the criteria which are important to you—location, budget, space, lifestyle, etc.

How we built it

The design of the product focuses on providing a seamless and conversational experience which enables to generate the recommendations based on your preferences. AI makes it possible to interpret the intention behind your search query, organize data on the properties, and present clear matches in order to minimize the need for filtration.

Challenges we ran into

Our major challenge was finding the balance between helpful recommendations and control of the user. In particular, we paid much attention to the transparency of the process and user-centricity of the recommendations provided by the system.

What we learned

Great AI-driven products not only provide users with the answers but reduce their efforts in making important decisions.
