Inspiration

I saw a lot of the people I know struggling to buy a house and businesses having the problem of taking weeks to months to buy a house and sell it which lead me to create HomeNet.

What it does

Homenet digitizes properties and tokenizes Real World Asset (RWAs) which in our case is Real Estate allowing businesses and people to buy and sell properties in seconds while democratizing real estate.

How we built it

We used Gemma 4 (Locally using LM studio) and Gemini 3.1 Pro for advice and implementation of the project paired with Cursor as our IDE which ran multiple agents side by side in order to build HomeNet.

Challenges we ran into

The 2 challenges we ran into one technical and one legal being trying to implement a cross chain platform which can use both Solana and Ethereum. The second being the laws and regulation surrounding tokenizing properties but the answer will be explained in the pitch video.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Building HomeNet in less than 6 hours and being able to connect multiple platforms together while also navigating the legal constraints and showcasing the already applied real world applicability.

What we learned

The real world applications for RWAs and the use of AI to help develop a full-stack application in less than 24 hours.

What's next for Homenet

We are going to build V2 with cross chain capabilities allowing you to use either ETH or SOL while adding features that would enable users to have a seamless experience using Homenet and deploy the website. As for the scaling of Homenet we are going to work with companies and help them integrate our system into their ERP system and infrastructure so they can also buy and sell in seconds.
