Inspiration

Connecting NFT with something unique and meaningful. The choice was an easy pick - real estate. We gathered some architects, some programmers and created something that matched our vision.

What it does

It allows the real estate developer to add their building maquette, and create NFTs with each apartment. People are then able to see it in the browser and buy it with ETH if they want. Ownage of NFT is equivalent to being an owner of an apartment.

How we built it

We used Rarible Protocol as blockchain bridge, Next JS as frontend framework, and three js as the main rendering engine for a super modern touch.

Challenges we ran into

Signing the NFT contract, displaying three js nicely using Next JS.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Beautiful visuals, working MVP.

What we learned

When something doesn't work sometimes it's because of your computer not code ;).

What's next for HomeChain

Allow users to create their own subdomains in order to raise crypto funds.
