1. What it does

Home Inventory Claim Pack turns the photos of your home already on your NAS into an itemized, receipt-matched inventory you can hand to an insurer after a fire, flood or theft.

2. Target user and problem

Homeowners and renters. After a loss, insurers want a room-by-room list with proof of ownership and value. Most people have thousands of photos and a folder of receipts but no list. Building one by hand takes days, and uploading pictures of your home interior to a cloud service is a privacy trade many people refuse.

3. Solution

The skill reads a chosen album or folder, asks the local vision model to name the items in each room, reads serial labels with OCR, matches items to receipts and invoices already stored on the NAS, and saves a Markdown inventory with a photo path and receipt path next to every item. Nothing leaves the device.
