Inspiration

Holograms are cool and we like to code/design/hack

What it does

displays a game of checkers on a clear plastic "hologram"

How I built it

The team broke into groups and each built one part of the

Challenges I ran into

patching everyone's code together after they wrote the different parts

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

It went from not working at all to working somewher between 5 and the deadline it works

What I learned

for some reason, variables in processing.py lose their scope (inconsistently) inside if statements. one team member had never programmed before and was able to contribute to the web client

What's next for Holographic Checkers

web server implementation so that two or more people can play using their phones to control the board
