Inspiration
Arts can heal and arts have power, especially for mental wellbeing. During the lock downtime in Melbourne, arts help me go through the darkness. I have been coaching online yoga which helps to bring light into people's daily life when staying home. I think pandemic makes people realize that we should keep taking more care of our minds. In the post-Covid period, people will need to recover from the pandemic and readjust them to the new normal.
What it does
It's using artistic approaches like dance, visual arts, yoga, meditation to help people release the mental block and be more mindful in their life. It will inspire people to build up a healthy mindset.
How we built it
We plan to build up a website and running online streamlining yoga classes, meditation sessions, podcasts, produce sub-products to maintain the community.
