HoldOver helps a California tenant respond to an eviction notice. Upload or paste it (or just describe what's happening) and a multi-agent pipeline extracts the facts, computes the hard deadlines deterministically, retrieves the cited law for your jurisdiction (CA + San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, LA), flags how the notice may be defective, and builds a deadline-ordered plan plus a ready-to-send dispute letter — with a case-aware chat that re-analyzes as your situation changes (correct a date, upload a summons, and the case advances from notice → lawsuit → hearing). It gives legal information, never advice; it never files anything; and it always routes to legal aid. It's not a chatbot: deadlines are computed by a unit-tested engine (never generated by the model), and every legal claim is dropped unless it carries a citation.
