Everyone in our group had the same story: 40 minutes of hold music, a rep who offers "$5 off for 3 months," and a discount that quietly disappears two bills later. One of us runs a small business in the Lower Mainland and loses hours every month to these calls. Gen Z avoids phone calls entirely, newcomers get steamrolled, and older people give up. Companies count on that. We wanted an app that fights back for you.

What it does

Holdless is an AI that calls customer service for you, negotiates your bill down, and keeps the receipts.

Finds the money first. Snap or pick a bill. Holdless compares your plan against real BC plan prices and tells you exactly how much you're overpaying, plus the best time to call.
Pick a vibe. Polite, Relentless, Lawyer (pins down every term "for the record"), or Grandma (sweet, unstoppable).
It makes the call. A natural-sounding ElevenLabs voice agent talks to the rep, cites loyalty and competitor prices, asks for retention, refuses weak offers, and confirms the deal out loud. You watch the live transcript.
It keeps the receipts. When the call ends, the promise (discount, duration, rep ID, confirmation number) is extracted, hashed with the transcript, and stamped on Solana, so when the discount "disappears," you have tamper-proof proof of what was promised.

It's honest by design: it never claims to be you, never asks for passwords, PINs or security answers, and if a company needs to verify identity, it brings you onto the call.
