Inspiration
I've had so many interests like space and art but never really knew what to do with them.
What it does
It takes in interests and budget and give you hobbies you could do that fit your interests and money.
How we built it
I used Cursor AI to build it and used the free HuggingFace API.
Challenges we ran into
Getting more niche and less broad hobbies for very specific interests.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The wide range of hobbies.
What we learned
How to get Cursor to do exactly what you want and how to refine the prompts.
What's next for Hobby Finder
Refining the suggestions and adding more hobbies to the database and implementing a chatbot.
