Inspiration
We chose to complete this project because sustainable energy is the future of our world. Maximizing the efficiency and performance of sustainable energy sources such as solar will only help further expedite the process of building a fully sustainable society.
What it does
The findings of this project will be presented in the form of visualizations meant to be used by ENGIE to make decisions regarding their solar arrays in Iowa City.
How we built it
Our first step was using Python to pull the Flow data from the API and export as a csv. All analysis is done using R and our findings are presented in the form of a webpage designed on nicepage.com.
Challenges we ran into
Pulling the data from the API was an immense struggle, as none of us had any prior experience working with them.
