For many years, I have worked in a fast-food restaurant. Every day, I encounter small, constantly changing, and sometimes critical problems that unnecessarily consume the time of both customers and employees. That is why I started building Hladový Vokno +Ai. My goal is not to create just another food ordering app, but to build a system that uses artificial intelligence to solve real challenges in the daily operation of a restaurant and naturally becomes part of its everyday workflow.
The goal of this project is to create an Restaurant Operating System powered by AI. The system helps customers choose meals, supports and guides employees during daily operations, assists them in demanding situations, translates conversations with international guests, preserves the restaurant's operational knowledge, and gradually automates everyday tasks. It is designed to support everyone involved in the restaurant—customers, employees, and the operation itself.
During development, I use GPT-5.6 and Codex as my development partners. Together, we design, build, and test new features inspired by real-life experiences from the daily operation of a working restaurant.
