HIRO started when I noticed how normal people, especially small business owners, spend hours every day doing repetitive digital tasks they never wanted to do.
They copy orders from WhatsApp and Instagram, update spreadsheets manually, and reply to customers one by one simply because automation tools are too technical or intimidating. I wanted to make automation feel as easy as talking to a friend. So I built HIRO, a desktop AI that understands natural language and performs tasks the way a human would, clicking through apps, gathering information, and completing workflows without requiring any coding.
Along the way, I learned that the real challenge is not automation itself but making it truly accessible, simple, and reliable for non-technical users. Everything changed when a home bakery owner used HIRO and instantly saved two hours every morning. That moment proved that HIRO can give people back their time, reduce stress, and let them focus on what actually matters in their business.
