Many qualified candidates struggle to get interview call not because they lack skills, but because their resumes are not aligned with specific job postings or optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). As a student and early-career developer, I faced the same challenge: understanding why a resume is rejected and how to prepare for role-specific interviews.
Most available tools either focus only on resumes or provide generic interview preparation. I wanted to build a solution that connects resume evaluation, job matching, and interview preparation into one seamless experience. This motivation led to the creation of SkillFit AI.
