Inspiration

It all started with an observation: recruitment is often time-consuming, repetitive, and biased, while customer support lacks responsiveness at scale. I wanted to create a versatile and scalable solution capable of automating both critical processes by combining conversational intelligence, video, and behavioral analysis.

What it does

HireSense AI is an intelligent platform that revolutionizes both recruitment and after-sales service (customer support) through artificial intelligence. It enables companies to conduct automated video job interviews with an AI agent and manage their customer support through automated, personalized conversations.

How we built it

Bolt.new: for rapid prototyping and the platform's UI
Supabase: for authentication, storing job posts, interviews, support tickets, and users
Tavus: for generating AI-powered videos simulating the recruiter agent
Custom dashboards to visualize scores, support stats, and candidate performance
