Inspiration:
During our online hackathon discussions, we noticed that many colleges struggle to identify truly interview-ready students. Placement teams often spend hours manually screening candidates, while students attend interviews without knowing their actual preparation level. Our goal was to create an AI-powered prototype that makes placement processes faster, fairer, and more data-driven while helping students clearly understand their interview readiness.
What it does:
HireReady AI is an intelligent placement readiness platform that automates student screening and evaluation.
It includes:
1) AI Eligibility Chatbot
2) Adaptive technical assessments
3) AI mock interviews
4) Interview Readiness Score
5) ATS-friendly resume generation
6) Analytics dashboards for placement teams

We worked together online and shared different tasks among team members to build the project

Workflow After Using HireReady AI :
Students first complete the AI Eligibility Chatbot, which screens them in real time. Eligible students then take coding tests, technical assessments, and AI mock interviews. The system calculates an Interview Readiness Score using:
