What we learned

HirePilot is an AI-powered hiring automation system that I built using n8n to simplify the early stages of recruitment.

The main problem I wanted to solve is that recruiters spend a lot of time manually reviewing resumes, creating screening questions, and communicating with candidates.

To solve this, I built an automated workflow where candidates submit their application through a form along with their resume. The system automatically extracts important information from the resume and uses an AI model to generate personalized screening questions based on the candidate’s profile.

After the candidate answers those questions, the AI evaluates their responses and generates a structured assessment. The system then automatically sends the results and feedback to the candidate through email.

This project demonstrates how AI agents and workflow automation can streamline HR processes, reduce manual effort, and make the hiring process faster and more efficient.

I built this system using n8n for workflow automation, AI models for question generation and evaluation, and integrated email services for automated communication.”
