Inspiration

48% engineers are unemployed in India, 28.26% of all Indian youth are unemployed. Upon travelling in a train to a tier three city, we came across a group of final year engg. students, we talked to them and figured out they were extremely good at academics, however none of them got placed over 3.6LPA, we figured out the smartest and most hardworking brains of our country lacks a proper guidance and skills needed to fulfil the job roles required in the industry. By the time they realize it, it is too late and they have already settled with non engineering job profiles. We wish to bring employment and reduce the gap between the recruiters and job seekers and eventually build a better and self sustaining India.

What it does

Our project aims to reduce the unemployment rate in the country, and boost the GDP of the country.

How we built it

Our plan is to build the project using Web Framework : Flask and Django. We used PostgresSQL for database and HTML Tailwind and JS for frontend.

Challenges we ran into

We came across lack of skills and authority to prove the authenticity of work/merit.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Coming up with a solution for individuals to be self sustaining and make this world a better place.

What we learned

Team work, hardwork and most importantly, direction. Hard work in right direction!
