Inspiration

Recruitment is still dominated by manual tasks such as reviewing resumes, screening candidates, conducting initial calls, and updating hiring systems. We wanted to reimagine this process using Agentic AI, RPA, and Voice Agents to create an autonomous recruitment experience that is faster, smarter, and more scalable.

What it does

HireGenie automates the end-to-end recruitment process by monitoring applications, extracting and analyzing resumes, matching candidates to job descriptions, conducting AI voice screening calls, generating structured evaluation reports, and streamlining onboarding. Recruiters receive ranked candidates with actionable insights, enabling faster and more informed hiring decisions.

How we built it

HireGenie combines UiPath Agent Builder, AI agents, Voice Agents, and RPA workflows to orchestrate the recruitment lifecycle. AI agents perform resume analysis, JD matching, and candidate evaluation, while Voice Agents conduct pre-screening calls. RPA integrates enterprise applications, automates repetitive tasks, and coordinates the complete hiring workflow.

What we learned

We learned that combining AI reasoning, voice interactions, and automation creates significantly more value than using AI alone. Agentic AI enables autonomous decision-making while RPA provides reliable execution, resulting in intelligent end-to-end business processes.

What's next for HireGinie

Future enhancements include multilingual voice interviews, predictive hiring insights, candidate engagement agents, skill-gap analysis, internal mobility recommendations, and seamless integration with leading HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to create a fully autonomous hiring ecosystem.
