Inspiration

The majority of women don't get jobs due to several circumstances So for a long time, I worked or think about the issue of Unemployment of our Women. I want to create a platform like "Hire Me" where women from all across Pakistan will be connected in one place, And Where we provide every type of job. From my childhood I saw and observe, many people especially women's got an education, degrees but don't do jobs and don't take advantage of their education because of their jobs issues. A lot of youngsters face hurdles during job finding.No proper guidance. Fewer seats are high competition at jobs. So that problem inspires me from my childhood to make an authentic platform where people will directly connect with National and International job-providing companies. It will decrease the ratio of Unemployment and also empower women to work from home and earn a good income.

Why there is a need for the "HIRE ME" app?

Like other platforms like Linkedin, Fiver, Upwork thousands of users apply for a job but there is no surety of getting the job due to high competition, so in case the people especially women from remote areas have fewer chances to get a job and there is no surety of permanent job. So there is a need for a platform like "Hire Me" where women from remote areas will come and confidently show their talent and get the job. We not only provide jobs but if any user don't get the job and fails so our training team guides them fully where they will improve more and will come back, again and again, apply without any weakness.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to empower remote areas where the majority of our women have always been neglected due to a lack of resources. Because WOMEN make up almost half the country’s population. But they form a very small part of the workforce with Pakistan ranking second to last for them in leadership roles. Women’s participation in the labor force is declining as it dropped from 23.8pc in 2016 to 22.2pc in 2020, and is well below the rates for countries with similar income levels, signifying a major loss of productivity and implications for women’s empowerment. Compared to that, the labor force participation rate for men is 82.5pc, indicating one of the highest gender gaps in the labor force participation rate.

  1. First our target is remote areas and the local market.
  2. Then after empowering all these targeting remote areas we will move for further International market.
  3. our initial target is to provide more than 500 jobs then next 1000 and then it will be increase day by day.

What it does

Hire Me App directly connects job finder with Job provider. Also, provides free learning platforms. People who will join our platform further move in the app with full authentification so Automatically a network of fully skillful people will generate and job providers hire them without any doubt.

  3. We connect job finders with Job providers directly so getting job chances are more as compared to other sites. The job provides locally and at the international level.
  4. Hire Me app is a platform where fully authentic skillful people present so job providers hire them without any doubt
  5. For those who don't want to give any test we provide them small jobs locally and internship-like opportunities.
  6. Those users who don’t clear test, our training team trains them and conducts sessions to empower them and this will be helpful to our remote areas women to polish their skills more.
  7. We provide different free learning platforms where they can more enhance their skills in a short time.
  8. We will conduct monthly webinars to empower more women. So, it will boost them how to get or how to win a job? Basically, it connects people with companies and jobs providers. Two types of Sign-Up Accounts

Criteria for Getting a job

1. Choose your Skills (Test is different for different skills) Our Test ways To get Job Depends on Company and Job on job requirements to maintain quality

  1. Give Test of "Hire Me App" A test according to your skill Hire Me app will conduct itself (To enter in Network, you must clear the test and getting 3 stars below 3 stars If someone does not clear the test then, We recommend you're you polish your skills for one month must you can join these institutes as given online or physical. When some pass test gets above 3 stars He / She added in Network the skills which they choose).
  2. Meeting/Interview with Company Directly
  3. Job Without any test, Interview To enter in Network, you must clear the test/interview, If someone does not clear the test/interview then, We recommend you to polish your skills in a short time must you can join our provided institutes as given, online or physically. In that case, user cannot clear the required criteria, then our training team will help you and guide you properly.

Challenges we ran into

There are two main challenges we faced:

  1. The main challenge we are facing is to reach and connect those areas of Pakistan where technology use is less like some villages and Sindh areas like Tharparkar area. For this, we make a plan to visit these all areas and conduct awareness sessions to motivate.
  2. We are looking for Seed Funding to boost our project so it helps to recognize it in the International market. (For this, we make a strategy, our first target is a local market and remote areas. We want to highlight the women of that area who have always been neglected due to a lack of resources. when these areas of women get jobs then we have a good collection of data to show funding organizations)

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I trained more than one thousand Students majority of them now independent. I helped them to get a job. During this hackathon, In short, time to make an idea into reality is just an outstanding feeling. I and my team take the first step to present an idea or thinking in working form which is actually a proud moment for us as a team. At least we are on the way to add some positive impact on society and also decrease the ratio of unemployment in upcoming days. Job is the basic problem today so our solution definitely provides help to overcome the unemployment issue.

What we learned

I and My team learned a lot from this, we make strategize how it would work? What makes this solution unique and compete able in the market. How It solve the basic problem of the job? How it empowers women of our society? We learned the main and each basic point in this hackathon which will be helpful for us to make it useable in the upcoming days.

What's next for Hire Me

First, our target is to get success in remote areas of Pakistan, to empower women of these areas. Then our next goal is collaborating with different National and international companies. So our main focus is to connect more companies as soon as possible. Our mission is to make it applicable in each city of Pakistan and to decrease the unemployment ratio also enhance skills. Our mission is to revolutionize the system of education and make it easy and accessible for every learner.
