What it does: ur solution leverages providing a user-friendly platform for both recruiter and candidates. This not only speeds up the hiring process but also reduces the risk of bias and ensures that all candidates are evaluated fairly.
In addition to this, our solution also includes features such as automated scheduling and interview management, allowing companies to efficiently manage the entire hiring process from start to finish.
How we built it: We used the MERN tech stack for its implementation.
