Highway Car Tracker

This project uses openCV and python 3.9 to create a simple tracker function in order to calculate the number of cars headinng both North and West bound for any given highway footage.

Inspiration

Wanted to learn about a new library revolving around AI and computer vision, this would project would give me a great opportunity to learn about openCV.

What it does

Takes data on the number of cars that pass through any given highway.
