Inspiration High School Helper was inspired by the realization that many high school students face challenges in navigating the transition from adolescence to adulthood, particularly in areas such as career exploration, time management, college preparation, and community engagement. Recognizing the importance of providing support and resources tailored to the unique needs of high schoolers, we set out to create a platform that would empower students to make informed decisions, pursue their passions, and succeed in their academic and personal endeavors.

What it does High School Helper is a comprehensive platform designed to address the diverse needs of high school students. It offers a range of features, including:

Career Exploration: Provides access to a curated list of career paths for students to explore, along with resources and information to help them make informed decisions about their future.

Time Management Tools: Offers an interactive study planner that allows students to organize their schedules, manage their time effectively, and stay on top of their academic and extracurricular commitments.

College Preparation: Connects students with experienced mentors who can provide guidance and advice on the college application process, course selection, and other aspects of college preparation.

Volunteer Opportunities: Facilitates connections between students and organizations offering volunteer opportunities, allowing students to give back to their communities and build valuable skills and experiences.

How we built it High School Helper was built using a combination of technologies, including web development frameworks, database management systems, and user interface design tools. Our team of developers, designers, and content creators collaborated closely to design and build the platform, incorporating feedback from high school students and educators to ensure that it meets the needs of its intended users.
