Inspiration

We were in a car brainstorming ideas. Then, we realized that we should make the most ludicrous .io game ever.

What it does

It's a game about ramming snowplough trucks and making them bounce around at insanely high speeds

How we built it

We used Python, Pymunk, and Flask as the backend, HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery as the frontend, and Socket.io to link them together.

Challenges we ran into

The server begging us to kill it and ourselves due to minor bugs causing major issues

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • A basic matchmaking system

What's next for High Octane Elastic Snowploughs

It goes on the internet for the public to play (after many major changes to graphics and user interface)
