Inspiration

Mountain rescue teams provide services that local bases on the ground can call in the event of a breakdown when Climbers encounter failures. For mountain rescue teams how you hit the ground running matters. Inspired by the Pega case design environment, it can be used to improve rescue balance.part of a team of international researchers from studies developed a list of benefits for mountain volunteer: -skills which include search management, navigation, first aid and clinical response, specialized device experience, event organizing, fund raising, marketing, network and HR skills

What it does

It provides a base for conducting mountain rescue operations, and when an incident is reported to the call center, a mountain rescue center team is assigned. It provides a base to log incidents. Add team members in and out of rescues as their availability is using the 👩‍⚕️Rescue Crew Data page. Call centre log new incidents reported to them over the mobile phone , and updates manager on current incidents for approval . In Monday.com integration the rescue request is for approval ,is emailed to the rescue lead's gmail account . Monday automation creates an item in Boardview ,team lead approves the rescue cases based on item boardview Case link . The rescue crew monitor new incidents they have been assigned to by the call centre team and respond accordingly using the 🔊 rescue crew Dispatch search interface . management team review the performance dashboards and reports .

How we built it

we broke down our goals into micro journeys. How will users , track rescue and approval? How to log and monitor any Incident Reports. Pega’s easy to use drag-and-drop development gives the ease to user to adapt to Callcenter use. Used Vue to build the Boardview integration with Pega web mashup integrated into the Monday app. that gives ability to Log new incident from Monday .. With App Studio used Case Type to design a Incident Log case .Developed a standalone boardview vue app that connects to the monday board via ngrok CARBON FOOTPRINT Reporting Optionally It’s very important for the rescuers to be able to score carbon footprint of their crew who have volunteered so that it helps environment. How would users score carbon footprint usage , optionally install a monday app they could . Carbon footprint

Challenges we ran into

One of the challenges is getting 3rd party cookies enabled in connecting web mashup and Monday . Also creating harness to search and rescue incidents for approvals. Develop a standalone boardview vue app that connects to the monday board via ngrok,while in development.
