What it does

The application has 3 different user classes

• Libraries
• Librarians
• Learners - Those accessing the libraries

There are different functionalities for the different user classes.

Libraries: 
- Requesting for Books(based on topical needs)
- Initiating a partnership with ALP

Librarians:
- Accessing resources posted by ALP
- Accessing Information regarding ALP training sessions.

Learners:
- Subscription-based service to daily SMSes on a topic of choice
- USSD based learning 

How I built it

The first step was generating a project overview, then the database design. Next followed, setting up the codebase and creating application views.

Challenges I ran into

The time to develop the application wasn't a lot.

What I learned

I typically learned about build PWAs with Flask. I have done that in the past with js technologies, but using flask was new.

What's next for hfa

Building a chatbot using IBM Watson to answer FAQs.
