Inspiration

The idea of HET actually comes from my parents actual experiences, since the CEO of their company has been passed away, the company was struggling a lot with managing the stuffs and since my country (Myanmar) is not a really well developed country, basic and small companies does not really use a website like this, this idea inspired me to create one that at least could help the company.

What it does

This basically let the managers create and monitor projects, analyze employee skills and workloads, monitor project budgets and our main feature- review decision-support recommendations. Employees also have a separate workspace where they can review assigned work, track time, submit work records, and report challenges.

How we built it

We built this HET by using React TypeScript HTML CSS SQL Vite TanStack Router TanStack Query Tailwind CSS Radix UI Supabase Recharts React Hook Form

Challenges we ran into

There are actually quite a lot of challenges we ran into such as (in mentoring section - we found out the there are also other platforms which are a little similar to our one, which we need to fix it to make it unique). For programming difficulties, backend was a bit hard for us.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We ae proud that we could actually create this in such time and able to add a lot of features that actually helps the companies.

What we learned

Through this project, we learned quite a lot. For examples- managing time ( it was really hard for us since we had exam before and will be having later, we had to manage to come to every sessions and code the project in time which was really fun too. Since we talked with a few of teams we met , and we got knowledge on what we are doing because of this hackathon, if not we won't be noticing and realizing these problems that we are facing. This also give us so many ideas for our next projects.)

What's next for HET

There are probably other things we need to improve on this project, in case we got selected or not , we will be developing more and better projects and continuing this HET project to be better one and perfect one.
