Inspiration

We noticed children learn differently than we teach. While kids tune out commands like "brush your teeth," they are captivated by stories. HeroPathAI was born to transform these mundane instructions into magical, interactive hero's journeys.

What it does?

Our platform generates personalized learning narratives. Instead of generic tutorials, kids become heroes mastering real skills—like tying shoes or homework—alongside custom AI companions. The experience features consistent illustrations, interactive decision-making mini-games, and strict pedagogical validation.

How we built it?

We orchestrated 8 specialized agents into a seamless pipeline. We leveraged Gemini 3 Flash for high-speed logic: the Planner breaks goals into accurate steps, while the Quality Controller, Continuity Checker, and Mini-Game Generator enforce safety via JSON scoring. Gemini 3 Pro serves as the empathetic Storyteller, synchronized with Gemini 3 Pro Image for character-consistent Illustrations. Finally, stories come alive using Gemini 2.5 Flash TTS for narration and Veo 3.1 for video generation.

Challenges & Accomplishments

We tackled the immense complexity of multi-agent state management to ensure COPPA-level safety, pedagogical soundness, and visual continuity. We are proud to have shipped a fully functional, validated production application.
