Inspiration

I’ve always been inspired by how certain role models—real and fictional—live with powerful habits. I wanted to create a tool that doesn't just motivate people, but actually helps them build those traits in real life. The idea of fusing hero qualities into your own routine felt like the perfect way to make personal growth both practical and exciting.

What it doesThis project was inspired by a simple idea: What if we could grow by learning only the best traits from our favorite real and fictional heroes? From Bruce Lee’s discipline to Sherlock’s observation skills, we wanted to build a tool that turns inspiration into daily action.

We learned how powerful AI can be in personal development—helping users get personalized routines, motivational chats in a hero’s voice, and smart trait combinations based on goals. We combined modern tech like GPT-4, React Native, and Firebase to bring it to life.

The biggest challenge was balancing fun and functionality—making it engaging like a game but serious enough for real growth. We also had to carefully design filters and track progress trait-by-trait, not just overall habits.

Now, users can fuse their own "superhero" by combining traits, track their progress, and grow one habit at a time.

How I built it

I designed the concept, user flow, and feature set based on popular self-growth practices, powered by AI. I used tools like Figma for UI, GPT-4 for coaching logic, and Firebase for backend planning.

Challenges I ran into

Finding the right balance between fun and functionality was tough. Defining only human-learnable traits from fictional heroes also required deep filtering and careful design.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Creating a unique “Hero Fusion Board” system that personalizes self-growth using both real and fictional characters. Also proud of the AI-generated motivation feature in hero voices.

What I learned

I learned how powerful structured habits can become when paired with inspiration. Also gained insight into combining AI with gamified personal development tools.

What's next for Untitled

Launching a working MVP with real-time streak tracking, smart filters, and AI coach responses. I also plan to add social features and a challenge leaderboard.
