How we built it

The music video was created through a fully AI-assisted production pipeline designed to preserve emotional storytelling while maintaining visual coherence. We began by crafting image bases using Seedream and enhancing key visual elements through Nano Banana to establish the character’s look, mood, and lighting consistency across scenes. For motion generation, we used Kling 2.5 on OpenArt, allowing us to translate the still concepts into dynamic, cinematic shots with stable movement and a cohesive narrative flow. This stage was crucial in shaping the emotional rhythm of the story, especially in scenes depicting loneliness, resilience, and the heroine’s quiet strength. After the full sequence was generated, all footage was refined and assembled in CapCut. Here we handled pacing, color refinement, transitions, and the final emotional timing to match the tone of the song “Hero.” The editing process ensured the narrative felt grounded, intimate, and visually unified. Through this workflow, we combined multiple AI tools into a single creative pipeline—balancing efficiency with artistic intention to bring the story to life.
