Here we go! Using our tool, you can determine the most efficient and optimized delivery routes for your products. You simply input your start location and multiple delivery locations and hit submit!

Inspiration

We were excited to create a solution to optimize delivery routes for Fabuwood!

What it does

Our program integrates the google maps API in order to determine distances between delivery locations. We then calculate the farthest distance from the starting location and see what other stops can be made on the way back while staying within the parameters of a regular workday.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

Completing the code was a challenge as we ran out of time, and getting the API to be fully integrated posed a challenge as well. We also worked on different parts of the project individually and had to compile it altogether.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we were able to integrate the API and calculate distance between locations. Additionally figuring out the algorithm to break up trips and determine the optimal route is something we are proud of.

What we learned

We learned how much we can accomplish in one day by working as a team and all problems can be solved with hard work and teamwork!

What's next for Here We Go

We hope to complete the algorithm, improve our user interface, and make it more user friendly.
