I was inspired by this project as I am an amateur bodybuilder. As an athlete I use apps like my fitness pal to track my meals, and I use notepads to track my workouts. I wanted an easy way to log all my workout and diet information in one spot. I also realized that many people ask me workout tips. Some want to be bodybuilders, runners, or just want to get strong. I realized that everyone's fitness goals are different, but many people don't know how to start their fitness goals. This is where my product comes in. With custom goals, and interests, we generate a custom workout and meal plan. Personal trainers tend to be very expensive; our product is trying to eliminate the need of a personal trainer, by having your very own customer trainer.
