Inspiration
web3 and decentralisation is being mass adopted by many organisations across the world. In my opinion organisations should have decentralised integrations for micro transactions and governance features, where people can openly pass their ideas and suggestions.
What it does
It's an ERC20 smart contract deployed on Ropsten testnet for micro transactions and voting system. It also has a liquidity pool on Ropsten uniswap in order to make it tradable, the name of the contract is Helyx $HLX
How I built it
I built it using Ethereum's native language for smart contracts Solidity . I also used OpenZeppelin framework for developing the smart contract
Challenges I ran into
Integrating voting system
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Deploying it on Ropsten testnet and providing liquidity
What I learned
How useful it can be to integrate on-chain governance into an ERC20 smart contract for people to truly experience web3
What's next for Helyx Token (HLX)
Adding front-end for making the voting feature more viable
Built With
- javascript
- openzeppelin
- solidity
- typescript
