We had the idea of this project when we saw how the emergency numbers were saturated at the beginning of the pandemy. We would like to help operators working for emergency services to treat all these calls. It would assist the person calling to give information about their health situation, and send this information to operators in order that they can provide an adapted response.It would also be able to calculate the shortest itinerary to the nearest hospital in order to not loosing any time.
Helping the treatment of emergency calls
The idea is to develop an app to assist emergency calls operators in order to help the treatment of these calls.
