The app synchronizes with bank account to get data, then it gets the age of the person, his income, the people he lives with age's and income. And based on age it calculates how much resources he needs for a month, and creates the best list of food to buy to get everything he needs for the month, if he buys too much of a resource it notifies him, if he buys too less it also notifies him about that.
The user can search for vacations, restaurants and products, and the app responds with the lowest price it can find and best rating depending on the user's income + when is the best time to buy the item/vacation depending on the income. For example the app says "If you buy list number one every month then in 2 months you'll be able to go to New York with your family". It also give you recipes you can make with things you bought.
The app has 3 purposes: Help you financially(what you can afford or not and when, and what is the best choice), help your health/eating enough for a month without worrying about the money, and find the best time for you to have fun with the family, friends :) And all is done from the synchronization with the bank! :)
