Inspiration
A lot of girls from middle to high school are struggling to get advice for their careers, personal problems, jobs, etc. They are not sure how to get help from the experts. Also, a lot of housewives or working women are also struggling with how to change/improve their career path and their personal life. I want to become a Neurologist, but I am not sure what exactly I need to do, and who to approach for guidance.
What it does
Helpagram helps every single woman who want to empower themselves! Helpagram lets you:
- Connects Philomaths with empowerers.
- Get one-on-one time with experts in your chosen field.
- Get answers to your questions.
- Watch inspirational videos—Helpagram has the best collection (updated daily)!
How we built it
Helpagram was built using python, flask, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. The database that we used was SQLAlchemy.
Challenges we ran into
Team Coordination - Two people in our team were not responding. They did not speak and had their videos off. So, me and my other team member coordinated well and made the project a success.
Repl.it issues - Our code was not syncing and we used different variables/id in our code. So, when we ran all the code together in the team Repl, it provided many errors. We, debugged all the errors and finally put Helpagram together.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Finally, we created a great product to empower all women. There were many coding challenges, that we overcame which we are very proud of. Also, another huge accomplishment in getting this task done in a short amount of time.
What we learned
We mainly learned to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of team members and how to work with the strengths.
