Inspiration

The recent alarming concern is the rise in incidences of cancer, where it is known to affect all concerned whether minors, adults or even the elderly. .

Today the healthcare industry does provide well formulated cancer care and a wide gamut of treatments, products and services for those afflicted or under diagnosis, however there is no Cancer Care universally available to all those that need them.

Like for instance, there are many afflicted who are neither diagnosed on time nor treated satisfactorily. The afflicted can be classified as B – Babies I - Infants M - Minors T - Adolescents A – Susceptible or Deserving Adults (with concern for Breast Cancer) E - Senior Citizens H – Specially Able+ (who cannot express)

What it does

The LifeWise network proposes the introduction of a new universal Secure Your Life card for all people being diagnosed or afflicted with cancer, where this network permits registrations and can be linked to the Aadhaar card (in India) or a Social Security number for universal identification purposes.

Challenges we ran into

There is no Social Accountability policy (like SA8000 in the industry) that can ensure that every baby, infant, minor, adolescent, susceptible or deserving adult, senior citizen or the specially able (who cannot express) can receive sufficient diagnostics, treatment, due care and support for well being or better health.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Solution Concept: The need of the hour is a complete LifeWise delivery system (called the Mission Secure Your Life Card) that can accountably ensure that timely guidance, diagnostic services, treatment, due care products, commodities and healthcare or nutrition services are available to each and every baby, infant, minor, adolescent, susceptible or deserving adult, senior citizen and specially able+ in the country (irrespective of family background or social status).

Aadhaar Card linkage (in India) or SSN to this new Mission Secure Your Card can ensure every universally identified card holder (whether a mother, father or guardian) can avail of “diagnostic services, treatment, due care” guidance, products, commodities and healthcare or nutrition services for the wellbeing and better life of their dependent “baby, infant, minor, adolescent, adult, senior citizen or specially able+”.

This linkage can help implement a Social Accountability based study system that will help associated healthcare organizations, providers and industries in India become more sustainably aware, sensitized and prepared to deliver timely guidance with economically priced & good quality diagnostic services, treatment, due care products, commodities and services to the future generation.

What we learned

For any type of Cancer The vision being one where each and every need or demand for Cancer Care (where focus is on Breast Cancer) is met with an Event Wheel made up of registration, evaluation, and Event Wheel Pooling for diagnosis, treatment and due care related supply & service, The Event Wheel expects to address the dynamic investment of time, energy and resources needed to diagnose and treat cancer patients.

With the emerging global trends of rising pollution levels, still to be understood environments and lack of sustainable & quality conscious support systems; costs and lacunae bridging will be dynamic for any Social Accountability proposed to make healthcare accessible and universally available.

In Cancer Care, the events that are most important are Transition Events which need more diagnosis, treatment and due care related supply & service. To address this, the proposal highlights the need for Event Wheel Pooling for “diagnosis, treatment and due care related supply & service”.

What's next for Help Integrate Cancer Care

The endeavor being “one” where associated trusts, organizations, providers and industries can indefinitely help emergence via funding and providing for resources for the proposed Event Wheel and its Pooling.

The (REDTC) Event Wheel and its Pooling can identify the need or demand for Cancer Care, where a registered (under evaluation or afflicted) person listed in the pool can be helped via a universally available delivery system that can accountably ensure that timely guidance, diagnostic services, treatment, due care products, commodities and healthcare or nutrition services

This means that stakeholders and investors can monitor the Event Wheel Pooling to identify the need or availability of LifeWise Care Provider Centres that are enlisted to provide “Equity Level Guidance, Cancer Care (Help, Diagnosis and Healthcare Delivery) and Nutrition & Diet Centres”.

Global outlooks can transform the expectation for Healthcare delivery; the Mission called the LifeWise network can help such thinking.

The universal Secure Your Life framework has been defined and is being put across to different healthcare organizations and authorities, where the decision making is still open ended.

1: Need for Secure Your Life Card registration

The first step is to mandate that apart from the registration of the birth of babies, there must be a requirement to register babies, infants, minors, adolescents, susceptible or deserving adults, senior citizens and specially able in a new LifeWise delivery system (for improved well being and better life for the afflicted or the vulnerable) called the universal Secure Your Life framework.

The Secure Your Life Card is a card that helps a card holder receive a complete set of benefits, diagnostic services, treatment options, and due care related products, commodities & services that can ensure timely guidance, on time diagnosis, satisfactory treatment & due care. The aforesaid being:

  • Equity Level Guidance via a Secure your Health booklet and LifeWise Help Line. The public version of the same is being made available with this documentation.

  • Enrolment and access to LifeWise Care Provider Centre (where enlisted clinics, polyclinics, nursing homes, hospitals and super specialties that have the specialty in organizational practices, methodologies and ancillary systems to deal with or evolve further provide Cancer Care Help, Diagnostics and Delivery).

  • Enrolment and access to Cancer Care Help, Diagnosis and (Healthcare) Delivery

  • Enrolment and access to a LifeWise Product Centre (where enlisted manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and other enterprises that have the specialty in organizational practices, methodologies and ancillary systems to deal with or evolve further provide targeted healthcare appliances, personal use devices, products, commodities and auxiliary goods for Cancer Care, (where focus in this hackathon is on Breast Cancer))

  • Enrolment and access to Nutrition and Diet Centres

For the reader, AOEC states that Mission Health Portals and Cards can be the NEXT step for SMART reinforcements in the healthcare system for vital benefits and access.

The initial Mission Health framework has been shared with the National Health Mission authorities to indicate the importance of the solution.

When the Event Wheel and its Pooling is designed and developed, the chances of incidence deteriorating can be easily identified, assessed and controlled.

The intent is to bring to focus “good to develop options, so governments and related bodies can step in to mitigate risks, threats and fatalities affecting people”.

New ## Use of Artificial intelligence and machine learning

Given the VeriSafe pink data and diagnostics illustrated in both the documents VeriSafe KYC and VeriSafe POCC (links on web site), it is easier to use AI and machine learning to diagnose, treat and/or respond to vulnerability, existing or emerging cancer incidence

New ## Use of AI and machine learning in drug manufacturing, purposing and repurposing

Different VeriSafe projects can be designed, developed and implemented using

(1) VeriSafe Project Management Tools and important Techniques of Machine Learning in Standard / Specialty Drug Development,

(2) VeriSafe Process science implantation and preservation in plan of care and treatment

(3) Autonomic instrumentation of Continuous Relationship Tables that exist when treating cancer patients using Feature Engineering, Feature Selection, Time Series Analysis and Recurrent Neural Networks.

Time Series Analysis will help set the time zone, timestamp, time range, categorization of cancer and its stages, data resampling and data correlation for the features and principle of instrumentation

(4) Cancer Risk reduction and its versioning, where the VeriSafe Project life-cycle and its Key Performance Indicators will be defined or refined by a Recommendation System and Collaborative filtering based on Machine Learning

(5) Feature Engineering, Training and Predicting will be used to plan the VeriSafe project's Sense and Respond elements and Key Treatment Indicators

(6) To design and develop the inter-connecting of geographies for which the solution can work, the intent is to use Machine Learning and its techniques such as

(1) Natural Language Processing with Stemming, Lemmatization and Tokenization for the healthcare culture prevalent in the region

(2) Topic modelling to elevate topics of vital importance, use TFIDF (Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency) to achieve proportionate problem solving, where these topics could become public awareness campaigns or Zen sessions
