Overview
Our project, “HELP I HAVE A TEST IN 20 MINUTES WHAT DO I DO” is designed to be a study tool that will allow students to efficiently learn certain topics that they are struggling with through the use of adaptive learning from AI. The system itself utilizes a format of rapid multiple-choice questions meant to fully engage students’ attention. It includes a very user-friendly interface in which they can easily create study guides for themselves. Along with this, they are able to save their study guides for later use and share it with others.

Making this project was an experience, to say the least, where I discovered how quickly I could build something from nothing utilising AI's quick churn power. I used Github Codespaces' built-in AI to quickly add features that I then proceeded to manually polish and improved. My inspiration for this fast, convenient study tool was Blooket and Kahoot. My main gripe with these tools is the slowness and difficulty in making questions. However, this tool affords the user far more versatility and full control over their study guide. You can make 100 questions; you can make a relaxed review slideshow.
Our Takeaways from this project
Our key 'moral of the story' from this project is that it's important to be organised. The key difficulty we faced was dealing with the school firewall blocking codespaces - something we had experienced before but had forgotten to plan for. Some sort of prepared solution could've spared us up to half an hour of head-scratching.
