Inspiration:

There is wealth of information on Charities and the individuals can get support based on their problem. But we noticed there is a gap where individuals struggle to reach the right support for their need. The same is applicable for Charities too. Not all charities have visibility for donors. This inspired us to create a platform with consolidated data for Charities, Corporate companies and contributors which is easy, simple, accessible for all.

What it does:

  • HelpHarbor makes the process for both parties simple, easy, accessible
  • It provides good awareness to the donor on the utilization of donations
  • Bridge the gap with different parties and have a common platform to donate, contribute, get support and track the donations

  • Through this project it gave us opportunity to dig deeper into the pain points faced by the Charities w.r.t Technology, Technology trends, donations, struggles, etc.,

What's next for HelpHarbor

  • During our research, we were able to strategize our plan at present to be available for all participants (Corporate Companies, Charities, Individual contributors, Volunteers, Freelancers).
  • In the coming years, we will focus on SDG specific issue
