Using C# language

Challenges I ran into

In the first attempt, the dotnet new console command didn't work because I forget to install .NET SDK and C# extension in VS Code

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Although the program ran on the second attempt, I am happy for my first new language

Enhance the program with maybe some new feature like asking the user for input
