Inspiration

• Call centers are expensive, repetitive, and hard to scale. We thought: why not let AI handle it?

What it does

• Hello is an AI sales agent that makes real calls, talks like a human, and closes leads no humans needed.

How we built it

• We combined local speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and a locally hosted LLM with a call automation stack all running offline, no APIs.

Challenges we ran into

• Real-time voice, low latency, and making the AI sound human were the hardest parts.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• We built a working prototype and successfully ran internal tests simulating real conversations.

What we learned

• Timing, tone, and flow matter just as much as what the AI says.

What's next for Hello

• More industries, better voices, CRM integrations and real-world pilots.
