hello-go

To kick-off the week long Local Hack Day: Build, one of the first challenges is to write code to say hello, world in a new language. I chose to write it in go since it is new to me and I'm interested in learning it.

I learned how to write a basic hello, world program in go. I also got to learn a little bit about the go language through A Tour of Go.
