Inspiration

The spark for Hell Pepper came straight from the giants of rock—bands like AC/DC, The Rolling Stones, and that whole unapologetically loud, fun tradition. I wanted to bottle that same raw energy into something that wasn’t just a song, but an anthem: catchy, meaningful, and the kind of track you can’t help but sing along to. The goal was simple—make something that sticks in your head and puts a grin on your face.

What it does

At its core, Hell Pepper is pure rock and roll fire. It’s a song that hits hard, gets the crowd moving, and refuses to be forgotten. But it’s not just about the audio—it comes alive in the music video, where visuals and sound collide to create something loud, playful, and memorable.

How we built it

The process was a mix of creativity and tech wizardry. I started by writing the lyrics with the help of ChatGPT, shaping the vibe into something bold and chant-worthy. From there, I brought the music to life in Suno, refining it through multiple iterations until it had the right punch. The video side was a whole other beast—I stitched it together using tools like Runway, Kling, and VEO3, experimenting until the visuals matched the energy of the track.

Challenges we ran into

The hardest part wasn’t just writing a catchy song—it was making everything click together. Getting the rhythm, lyrics, and melody to feel natural took patience, but the real mountain was the video production. It took countless tries to nail the right look and quality while keeping the performance fun and engaging. Every iteration taught me something new, but it also tested my limits.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Honestly? The fact that it all came together. The lyrics have punch, the song is endlessly replayable (I’ve looped it more than a hundred times without getting sick of it), and the video brings it to life in a way that feels fresh. Sure, there are things I could tweak, but seeing Hell Pepper exist as a full piece of music and video is something I’m genuinely proud of.

What we learned

This project was a crash course in blending creativity with new tools. I picked up skills in writing JSON structures for video generation, learned the ins and outs of Suno for music creation, and discovered how to balance prompts, style descriptions, and technical tweaks to shape the final product. It wasn’t just about making a song—it was about learning how to bend these tools into instruments of their own.

What's next for Hell Pepper

The journey doesn’t end here. With new models for music and video evolving so fast, the next version of Hell Pepper could be even bigger, louder, and sharper. I’d love to push it further, maybe release an upgraded cut that takes full advantage of the latest tech. For now, the pepper’s hot—but the fire’s only getting started. 🌶️🔥
