We built it to address a simple but powerful problem: many people walk into medical appointments unsure how to clearly describe their symptoms — and walk out unsure of what they were told. Before an appointment, Helix guides patients through a structured symptom intake process using an interactive body map and targeted questions. Instead of vague descriptions like “I feel off,” users generate a clear, concise summary their provider can quickly understand. We are not replacing doctors. We are strengthening communication. Helix focuses on health literacy, reducing cognitive overload, and improving clarity at one of the most critical moments in care: the patient-provider conversation. Because understanding your health shouldn’t depend on how confident you are in a doctor’s office.
