Inspiratio## 💡 Inspiration

Personal safety, medical emergencies, and unpredictable disasters present severe global challenges. Traditional emergency networks are often slowed down by traffic, routing delays, or communication gaps. We designed HELIVIA to solve this critical problem by creating an instant, decentralized, multi-layered digital response framework that ensures "Help Finds You," no matter where you are.

🚀 What it does

HELIVIA acts as an intelligent global safety coordinator that organizes response models into four core visual pathways:

1. 🔴 Red Help: Designed for security threats and personal danger, alerting trusted circles and professional emergency services immediately.
2. 🟢 Medical Help: Tailored for physical injuries, matching users with nearby appropriate hospitals based on dynamic capability and dynamic Emergency Medical ID records.
3. 🟡 Fire/Disaster Help: Activates localized emergency workflows, safe-zone instructions, and official evacuation details.
4. 🔵 Blue Check-In: Offers a single-tap "I AM SAFE" validation that pings family networks instantly.
5. 🛡️ Nearby Help Network (Trained Community Responders): Because official services can sometimes face delays, HELIVIA introduces a hyper-local responder network. When an SOS is triggered, a signal is broadcasted immediately to all authorized HELIVIA users within a close radius. This ensures that nearby trusted users can intervene immediately—providing a massive shield for women's safety.

To sustain operation, the application features premium protection tiers handled securely via simulated RevenueCat subscription paywalls.

🛠️ How we built it

The application's multi-layered response layout was engineered using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language under high-contrast dark-mode visibility constraints (0xFF0D0D11) for quick accessibility. We integrated mock RevenueCat software development kits to demonstrate how active user-tier management functions under real-world sandbox tests, executing immediate transactional responses upon plan choices.

🏆 Next Gen Award & Peace Prize Alignment

Developed entirely by an active student innovator, HELIVIA bypasses heavy commercial deployment costs by utilizing clean modular coding and cloud UI testing tools. This project is specifically targeted for the RevenueCat Peace Prize, proving how accessible software architectures can be deployed for massive public good and community security worldwide. n
