How we built it

Homer combines the capabilities of various APIs and interfaces to offer a comprehensive property management solution: Zillow API: We integrated the Zillow API to provide real-time property valuation and market data. Users can instantly access property values, rental estimates, and market trends, empowering them to make informed decisions. Angular: The front-end of Homer is built using Angular, providing a responsive and user-friendly interface. Angular's powerful framework allows for smooth navigation and a seamless user experience. Streamlit: We employed Streamlit for the back-end, creating an interactive and dynamic dashboard for property managers and owners. It enables them to visualize data, track maintenance requests, and access insights effortlessly. Chatbot: We developed a chatbot using advanced natural language processing. This chatbot assists tenants in reporting issues, scheduling maintenance, and even provides property-related FAQs, making communication efficient and intuitive.
