Our journey to create Hedgepig is a tale of determination, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of solving critical challenges in the DeFi world. The spark that ignited our mission was the realization that impermanent loss was causing liquidity providers to miss out on the full potential of their investments. This was an issue we couldn't ignore, and we were inspired to find a solution.

What it does

Hedgepig aims to revolutionize the DeFi space by providing liquidity providers with a robust solution to impermanent loss. We recognized the need to empower individual LPs with precise control over the price ranges where their capital is deployed. This capability enables LPs to allocate smaller amounts to specific parts of the price curve while still earning commissions equivalent to those investing multiple times the amount, provided all market trades occur within the specified price range.

How we built it

We saw an opportunity to harness the power of concentrated liquidity in platforms like Uniswap V3 and employ cutting-edge AI and machine learning algorithms to predict price ranges with the highest trade volumes.

As we developed Hedgepig, we also introduced the concept of "pig coins," a novel way to represent liquidity in DeFi. This idea was born out of our commitment to providing liquidity providers with fair compensation for their contributions while also managing risk intelligently.
