PROBLEM STATEMENT

It is often trickier to green older buildings. This is because the retrofits for buildings require permission from all unit owners. Some unit owners would be sceptical on the effectiveness of modern energy-saving solutions and more importantly, they want the systems to provide enhancement in value to their assets. Therefore, building owners face difficulties getting BCA Green Mark certification despite government incentives and grants. As such, we need a solution that doesn't require renovation and is capable to do more than just maximizing the energy efficiency of buildings.

We are setting out to digitalize and futureproof all the buildings and urban spaces in the world by offering big data analytics.

SOLUTION

Our innovation is a first mover that incorporates heat sensors into the light fittings that are all over the urban spaces, without adding more hardware and carbon footprint.

Besides, this collaboration enables us to establish credibility in the market.

Our primary customer is the building owner. Light is everywhere, and building owner wants to achieve green mark. This means our product has a market potential everywhere.
