HeartRead is Live _ Here's How It All Started Hey everyone! Excited to share the first update on HeartRead _ an AI relationship signal analyzer I built for this hackathon. Where it started The idea came from a real situation in my own life _ mixed signals from someone I met at campus orientation. She'd initiate hugs and give me attention in person, but ignore my texts online. I had no one objective to ask, and I kept going in circles trying to figure out what it meant. So I built the tool I wished I'd had. What HeartRead does today

Signal Analysis _ Answer 5 questions, get an honest AI verdict with green, yellow and red flags Signal Tracker _ Log interactions over time and see if things are warming up or cooling down on a live chart What to Say _ Get an AI-crafted message tailored to your exact situation and chosen tone

The stack

Python + Streamlit Groq API (Llama 3.3 70B) _ completely free Deployed on Streamlit Cloud

The journey Getting here wasn't smooth. I dealt with API key leaks getting blocked by GitHub, a decommissioned model breaking the app mid-demo, JSON parsing errors, and learning Git properly under pressure. Every error taught me something new. Try it yourself heartread-jjrv3m6py8ffgxo5fateyb.streamlit.app
